James E. Doherty

Jim Doherty has over 30 years of experience representing clients in property tax matters. Prior to joining Tully & Associates, Mr. Doherty served in the Cook County Assessor’s Office and then as principal in his own private law practice. He received a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1975 and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 1978.
